IWAH Policy Statement...     

General Meetings

General Meetings start at either 9:30 am or 7:30 pm. Guests are welcome at the general meetings. Notification of announcements should be submitted in writing to the Chairwoman or Co-chairwoman two days prior to the meeting. They should be club related and for the benefit of all members.

Membership

The membership year is from January to December. Current members must pay their annual dues in full by January 31st to guarantee uninterrupted receipt of the monthly newsletter. Each member is responsible for informing the Database Coordinator of any change of contact information.

Legal Disclaimer

Participation in all IWAH activities is entirely at the risk and responsibility of the participants. A member (or guest) may not hold the IWAH or its officers liable for any loss, damage or injury incurred at an activity. Participation in interest groups is limited to members. In the event of a member needing to cancel out of a prepaid event, a refund of the member's payment can only be made if a replacement can be found.

Mailing Address

All members receive the current membership list with personal contact information. This list is intended for our private and personal use only. It must not be given out in any form to third parties, nor is it to be used for commercial purposes.

Newsletter

All submissions must be received by the 15th of each month to be considered for inclusion in next month's newsletter. Articles should be submitted via e-mail or posted in a clearly legible form. All submissions are subject to editing for clarity and space.

Language

The language used in our association is English.
